Inspired by my original painting Mon Drapo, first exhibited at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, this print transforms the Haitian flag into a living memory. Layers of color, line, and rhythm evoke resistance, faith, and renewal, while the palm and chains stand as witnesses to history’s endurance. Mon Drapopopo works beautifully in modern, minimalist, or eclectic spaces, adding a bold, thought-provoking focal point that sparks conversation and reflection.

  • Alyn (Panik) creates art that fuses bold color, abstract form, and deep cultural symbolism. Rooted in Haitian history, spirituality, and lived experience, his paintings weave together layers of contrast and expressive imagery to tell stories and spark reflection. Through themes of geometric abstraction, vèvè, urban landscapes, and energetic movement, Alyn bridges heritage and contemporary expression. The result is a body of work that feels both personal and universal, visually striking, emotionally resonant, and grounded in cultural identity.

    Love this print!

I purchased this print in the 30 x 30” size to add more colour into my space and I’m so happy with how it looks! It’s one of my favourite art pieces in my home. The colours are vibrant and I love the pops of red and line work 😊
